I, for one, couldn’t be happier at the news that we have just signed Joe Cole as he is ready made replacement for the recently departed Yossi. I was convinced that Cole would go to Spurs but I am really thankful that he had decided to make the move north instead.
How he didn’t start any of the World Cup matches is beyond me as he can be a match winner everytime he comes on.
The best thing of all is that he has come on a free transfer. This could prove to be the best bit of business Hodgson will do this season.
