Here is the full reason why it is RBS

Thanks to Aynit for submitting this.
Interesting that its RBS v Hicks and ors. This maybe a supplement application for default on loan.

COURT 18
Before MR JUSTICE FLOYD
Tuesday, 12 October 2010
At half past 10

Skeleton arguments and bundles for any listed application must be delivered by 10 a.m. on the day before the hearing of the application: see paragraph 7.22 of the Chancery Guide (December 2009).  The Chancery Listing Office will accept them if delivered to Room WG4 in time.  The papers for any urgent unlisted application (and any skeleton argument or bundle sought to be delivered out of time) must be delivered directly to the Judge’s Clerk.

Further directions and information about interim applications, and the skeleton arguments and bundles to be prepared for them, will be found in chapters 5 and 7 of the Chancery Guide.

Attention is drawn in particular to paragraphs 7.31 and 32 of the Chancery Guide, which warn of the consequences, including costs sanctions, which may follow from the failure to lodge skeleton arguments and bundles on time.

  1. Apparently it’s RBS Vs. fat head because they are the ones that hold the undertakings which pertain to him not frustrating a sale.

The good guys are being represented by Baron Grabiner, QC – who’s supposed to be something of a shit-hot man in the courtroom.

    I’ll be keeping everything crossed.

    YNWA.

  2. The City of Liverpool, the fans around the world, RBS, Parry, the board, Johns W. Henry former sports group who helped the Yanks get hold of our club and everyone else vs Hicks and Gillett

Maybe it should be turned in to a movie with all proceeds going towards the new stadium or JFT96 or what id love to see a dedictated stand for the 96 in the new stadium……YNWA

  3. If, as seems to be the case, the proceedings are named as RBS v Hicks and others, then it seems that the matter will be limited to issues between those parties, i.e the debt issue, and not any internal dispute between Hicks/Gillet and Broughton and the remainder of the board

  4. I am soooooo worried about all this court case my stomach is turning , I can’t sleep and Am sick sick of the abuse most of the press are throwing at Liverpool fc , journalists seem to be jumping on to the band wagon of slaving off Lfc which then causes fans from other clubs to take the pee continually , I just can’t see an end to this , I hope and pray that this week will be the best week we have had in years and that we can celebrate by beating hicks and gillet , I love you Lfc you are my life and my blood . YNWA

  5. This is all that motherfuckers fault..David Moores. For an extra few quid you sold it to these clowns and messed our growth as a club. Imagine if you’d sold to DIC? That would have made sense, and we’d be like Man City are right now. DIE MOORES .
