If you are heading to London tomorrow, please show respect

Picked this up from RAWK, please spread the word:

I understand that our case is supposed to be heard tomorrow at the Royal Courts of Justice in the Strand?

If so, please be aware that the 7/7 bombing inquest is also being held there (its seems) which will be attended by grieving relatives.

As quite a few Liverpool fans know, the Inquest will be a bitter, raw and very emotional time for the relatives, as the circimstances of their loved ones deaths will be recounted, so you may think that football chants,
either in celebration or otherwise,  may be inappropriate and possibly disrespectful?

  1. I`m guessing with the media circus surrounding our club that not too many fans were aware of the 7/7 inquest being held at the same time with many families (still grieving) in attendance. very well done for pointing this out Antoine

  2. I would also like to add that courts are not supposed to be swayed by public opinion. Protesting outside of parliament (or congress, or whatever it is called depending on the country) makes a point. Protesting outside of a courtroom does not. I love the reds but I wouldn’t go to London today if I had the chance.

  3. I agree, let’s not be lowered to the same standards as Fat Cat and his puny sidekick. Respect for the families of 7/7 as we demand respect for the families of Hillsborough.

I pray this storm passes and one of the two bidders take us upwards and onwards with glory and honour in equal portions!!!
