We have a binding contract. Will fight Mill Hicks Gillett attempt to keep club today. Their last desperate attempt to entrench their regime.
Henry is probably referring to the court case in Dallas this morning in which NESV is fighting to remove the injunction.
Or did something else develop overnight?
The saga is not over yet my fellow Reds.
