The Sunday Express this morning posted a story claiming that John W Henry admitted that Stevie G. could have been sold in the summer if he had taken over the club sooner.
As usual there was no basis for this story and Henry was quick to dismiss it and call it fiction in a Tweet this morning.

This is simply great that a rumour is dismissed so quickly via the power of Social Media. Hopefully all the newspapers will get the message and stop posting lies and fiction, there is a new sheriff in town and your days of lies and deceit are coming to an end.
