I Want To Hold Your Hands

Posted by

Here we go again. Chelsea – Liverpool. Even though it seems more like it is Torres – Suarez, or to be fair, Torres against Liverpool.

I wanted to write a piece about how I feel about the game. Then it hit me, it is not any different from any other game against Chelsea. I mean yes, I do feel a bigger wave of hate running through my body when I imagine Nando in a blue shirt. But rather than sitting here, talking shit about him, that he will never hear or read, it is on the pitch we can show him what he have lost.

It is on the pitch, we can show him the characteristic of Liverpool. What he has turned down. The team spirit, the working moral, the support from fans all over the world, the enegy, the joy, the proudness, the dedication, the moments, the fearlessness, the spirit, the legends, the history, the leadership, the Kop, the emotions, the shivers down your spine, the goosebumps, the songs, the words “You’ll Never Walk Alone”, the cheers, the respect and most importantly, we have each other. Or fellow reds, that support us like a family – hence the title of a very well-known Beatles song; I Want To Hold Your Hands.

 These are the things, money can never buy. These are the things we reds have, even if we sometimes takes it for granted.

To end this post;

Bye Torres, we don’t want you back, bring it on Chelshit, and to all of you Chelsea supporters(do they really exist?), I have one thing to say. You can never be as good as we are.

Follow me on twitter (@Nezik_Keshto), and also, thanks for your kind words about my writing! You can’t imagine how happy that makes me.
