Dirk Kuyt is the latest player to join Twitter, he is now tweeting with the handle @Dirk_18_Kuyt
The identity was confirmed by Ryan Babel this evening and within an hour he had over 13,000 followers.
Dirk so far has tweeted mostly in Dutch however I am sure he will tweet more in English as he gets used to the new medium.
One of his first Tweets in English in fact spoke about his charity.
I Will not only keep you up to date about my career but also about the dirk kuyt foundation.
