Liverpool vs Wigan (Saturday)

Posted by

Following our victory against Chelsea last weekend we host Wigan on Saturday as we keep climbing up the table and aiming for the fifth consecutive victory.

Jonjo Shelvey and Andy Carroll are still injured. Martin Skrtel is doubtful however Steven Gerrard should return to captain the Reds. I believe that Kenny Dalglish might go with most of the players who played at Stamford Bridge and use the Greek to replace Martin Skrtel and with Luis Suarez playing up front.

Predicted Starting Eleven:
Pepe Reina, Martin Kelly, Glen Johnson, Jamie Carragher, Daniel Agger, Sotirios Kyrgiakos, Lucas Leiva, Steven Gerrard, Raul Meireles, Dirk Kuyt,  Luis Suarez

Kick off is at 3PM

You can win a “Shankly Wants You” Shirt:

  1. … I forgot to predict the score:
    so here it is:
    final score LFC wins 2:0
    Last scorer: Luis Suarez 78.minute

  2. Hey LFC fans

Going to Anfield from London 2mrw for my fourth game this season and first one under the King!!!

I’m expecting plenty of goals and hopefully Suarez to start and score.

    C’MON LIVERPOOL!!!!!

  3. Thanks for the offer!
    I think we’ll win 2-0
No guess on first goalscorer, but Suarez will score at some point.

  4. 2-0
    Meireles 56′

I wouldn’t be surprised if Gerrard is used as a substitute after his lay-off, so would probably have Maxi starting in his place to give us that width on the left flank. But what do I know?!

  5. 2-0 liverpool
suarez to seal at the last but who cares i want 3 points and all other game be on our side meaning that chelsea and spurs drop points YNWA@@@!!!

  6. I will be coherent with what I have been writing in the last weeks. For me, its about winning. 1-0 is enough to secure the three points. One game at a time, three points at a time.
