Liverpool will travel to face non-league Lincoln or Mansfield after the draw for the FA Cup 3rd Round took place today. The Blue Square Premier duo will battle to host 2011-12 runners up Liverpool after a thrilling 3-3 draw took the tie to a replay, which will be played next week. The eventual visit of the Reds will be played on the 5th or 6th of January, subject to change.
Elsewhere, Merseyside rivals Everton will visit either Cheltenham or Hereford, whilst Manchester United will face West Ham at Upton Park. Premier League reigning champions Manchester City host Watford, meanwhile Southampton entertain last year’s Cup winners Chelsea. The other stand-out ties include Tottenham vs Coventry City, Swansea vs Arsenal and QPR vs West Brom.
