The club today confirmed that Jonjo Shelvey has completed his transfer to Swansea City. The fee is said to be around £6 million.
I had the pleasure of meeting Jonjo a little less than a year ago in Foxboro, MA when the Reds were in tour here in the US. I posted the picture to the delight of many with many commenting “tell him ‘Jonjo, I am your father'”. One of my friends went even as far as Photoshopping the Warrior “We Come Not to Play” with Mr Clean.
