The Daily Mail has published pictures of Steven Gerrard’s new family home. The property, which is based in Malibu and is worth approximately £16.8m, will house the Liverpool captain and his family when they move to the US.

Gerrard, 34, will join MLS giants LA Galaxy when his Reds contact expires at the end of the season. He will move on an initial 18-month contract, ending a 17-year stay in the Liverpool first-team.
According to the Mail, the mansion includes six bedrooms, nine bathrooms and plenty of living space. It overlooks the Pacific Ocean and costs £13,400 a week in rent.
While the Gerrard family are away, construction will continue on a £3m five-bedroom house on a two-acre site in an upscale area in Merseyside, which is due to be ready for their return.
Gerrard’s model wife Alex, 32, and their daughters Lilly-Ella, 10, eight-year-old Lexie and Lourdes, three, will for now have to be content with this incredible living space…
