Don’t worry Robbie, we still love you anyway! Here’s the XI in full…

The man who led Italy to the World Cup in 2006. The formidable defender also enjoyed a stellar playing career, starring for the likes of Juventus and Real Madrid. A former Ballon d’Or winner.

RWB) Frank de Boer

Robbie seamlessly teased us with selecting Gary Neville before thankfully ditching the United man in favour of this former Dutch international. The ex-Ajax and Barcelona man is now managing de Godenzonen in the Eredivisie.

LWB) Roberto Carlos

Arguably the most attacking-minded full-back ever, the Brazilian revolutionised the position during his playing days, becoming renowned for his bombarding runs forward and his impossible to stop free-kicks.

The touch-tackling French midfielder whose battles with Roy Keane have become the stuff of legend. The former Arsenal star, who also played for Juventus and Inter Milan, is now a coach at Manchester City.

AM) Luis Figo

Went down in history when he moved from Barcelona to Real Madrid in 2000. In truth, the Portuguese became a legendary figure for both clubs, winning major honours with both clubs, as well as Inter Milan.

ST) Robbie Fowler

The scorer of over 150 league and cup goals during two spells with Liverpool, as well as part of the treble winning team of 2001. Initially left us in 2001 but returned five years later to ensure his legacy at Anfield.
