(Image) Subway fail to recognise Raheem Sterling in hilarious advertisement error

Most of you have probably noticed that Raheem Sterling has cut his hair over the last six months… most of you, understandably, probably weren’t that interested when it happened and haven’t really cared much since.

Thankfully, if you don’t work in advertisement for a multi-national cooperation then it probably doesn’t matter. Unfortunately, the people at Subway failed to notice that Sterling hasn’t morphed into two separate people.

The American fast-food restaurant, who have also enjoyed plenty of success in England in recent years, recently published this promotional poster using not one, but two Raheem Sterlings, seemingly under the impression that it was two different players.

Subway, who were tweeting via their Australian branch, have clearly included a more recent version of Sterling on the left, with his shorter hair, as well as an image from the start of the season at the front.

Philippe Coutinho makes up the numbers on the right, thankfully ensuring that we didn’t have to deal with triple Sterling. With one Raheem causing enough problems on his own, I don’t think we could have coped with two more!
