It’s apparently 50/50 whether Coutinho will be fit enough to start against Swansea on Sunday.
Jurgen Klopp today claimed in his press conference that he was ‘unsure’ on the Brazilian, while ESPN’s fitness data analyst Ben Dinnery claimed the 23-year-old had an even chance of making it.

Coutinho limped off after 68 minutes of our breathtaking win over Manchester City last weekend with a minor hamstring problem, and wasn’t involved last night against Bordeaux as a result. Thankfully, he’s back in full training, as these pictures circling the web today show. It’s absolutely vital that we get Coutinho fully fit. He can sit out the midweek League Cup tie with Southampton, but we badly need his creativity and genius in our must win Anfield tie with Swansea.
Alongside Roberto Firmino at the top end of the pitch we look a far, far better side.
