(Video) Klopp & Henderson hug it out on touchline as Liverpool score fifth

There’s been a constant theme of togetherness and unity among Liverpool’s squad since Jurgen Klopp took charge, and it was perfectly displayed by the new coach and his captain Jordan Henderson last night.

The fit again skipper was waiting to come on with his side 4-1 up, but Jordon Ibe slammed in a fifth as he was standing on the sideline.

Henderson and Klopp shared a laugh and a hug, before the 25-year-old entered the fray for the final 25 minutes of what became a 6-1 humbling.

With Emre Can suspended for the weekend’s tie with Newcastle, expect Henderson to make his first start since the August Premier League tie with Bournemouth. He has all the attributes and mentality to become an instant Klopp favourite.
