It’s sick, it’s abhorrent and it needs to stop.
For the second time in eight days, a group of Manchester United fans have disgraced their club, our club and football.
This – is another step too far. In truth, the line was left as a pin in the distance last time at Anfield when Manchester United supporters loudly and clearly chanted ‘The S*n was right – you’re murderers’ while sitting in the away end.
Liverpool fans jeered and whistled but ridiculously, UEFA chose to do nothing.
Likely as a result, another set of idiots have acted to provoke the Reds travelling east down the M62, by draping a disgusting banner for all to see…
No Liverpool fan of any note needs telling what it refers to.
