Daniel Sturridge scored this lovely goal to put Liverpool 2-0 up versus Southampton today.
The striker collected a pass from Divock Origi and slotted home after dummying the defender. Following Coutinho’s excellent opener, Sturridge made sure Liverpool went in at the break two goals up after an exhilarating first-half display.

The strike was the fifth of Sturridge’s season, and the third against Southampton having already bagged a brace against them in the League Cup earlier in the season.
When he’s fit and firing, Sturridge is one of the best forwards in the Premier League.
