It’s April 2 now, but yesterday, Liverpool’s official website played a brilliant April Fool’s Day joke on Simon Mignolet and Lucas – with the help of Jon Flanagan’s actor friend John May.
May pretended to be a taxi drive taking the three to Anfield, but sang, pretended not to know who they were and generally took the mickey brilliantly!
Lucas found the whole thing hilarious in the backseat, while a perplexed Mignolet pulled slightly unnerved faces in the front!
Jon Flanagan, in on the joke, had to keep himself from giving the game away…
