Mamadou Sakho’s potentially made a very, very stupid mistake.
The player has failed a drug test after consuming a fat burner which he didn’t know was banned, and Liverpool have indefinitely suspended him subject to investigation.
What’s going to happen now, we can only nervously wait to find out.
It’s fair to say Reds have well and truly had their say online already.
We’ve been unlucky losing players to injury this season, but if Sakho has taken something he shouldn’t have then he’s an idiot

Think it’s time to rally around Sakho. Instead of condemning him. The taking of the fat burner by him could have been an honest mistake.

Sakho might get lengthy suspension. Probably more than a year I reckon

So Liverpool now missing their whole spine vs Villareal. Herculean effort to get this far but it’s going to be an uphill struggle.

Lovren & Kolo centreback partnership then for run in. No Emre, Hendo or Origi. Gonna have to do it the hard way.

Think banning people for using fat burners is a joke tbh, it’s a readily available product anyone can use.

Innocent until proven guilty my rival team friends!!!

Sakho scores two goals, gets drug tested. Probably find a lot of players take those tablets.
