Our long-serving Brazilian defensive midfielder Lucas Leiva has revealed that he does not know whether he will be a Liverpool player next season.
Lucas struggled for game time after Christmas last season and was frequently deployed as a centre-back when selected by Klopp. In 2016 he made just eight league starts.
He is behind Can, Henderson, Milner, and Allen in centre midfield, as well as the incoming pair of Marko Grujic and (hopefully) Piotr Zielinski.

“It is the first transfer window that Klopp will participate in more actively in for Liverpool, so I’ll have a better idea when I return [for preseason],” he said.
“Whatever happens, the idea, as always, is to remain in Europe, mainly in England, which has a very strong and good league to play in.” (via Radio Jovem Pan)
Lucas was signed for the club from Gremio in 2007 by Rafa Benitez.
