Liverpool fan and shareholder LeBron James, one of the greatest basketball players of all time, has offered his services to Jurgen Klopp ahead of our pre-season tour next month!
The American, who won the NBA Championships with Cleveland Cavaliers this year, sent out this message on Facebook – which despite the use of basketball terms – is definitely an offer to take the field for Liverpool!
James is one of a host of famous stateside Reds, including Samuel L Jackon and Dr Dre!
Following our friendlies with Fleetwood, Wigan and Huddersfield, we fly out to America for the International Champions Cup – where we’ll take on Chelsea, AC Milan and Roma in a series of marquee pre-season games.
