Liverpool have told Barcelona, who are readying a fourth bid for Coutinho worth £138m, that we won’t even consider their advances if they table £150m.

Barcelona should heed Klopp’s hands-off warning over Coutinho
The Spaniards began with an offer of £72m, then bid £90m, £118m and are close to another monstrous bid, but are clearly not listening to Liverpool’s consistent retort: he’s not for sale at any price.
We ignored the deadline they put on the £118m offer, but have chosen to reply this time, letting the Catalan giants know they’d be wasting their time – regardless of sum.
Liverpool have let Barcelona know that there’s no point bidding £138m for Philippe Coutinho because they wouldn’t even sell him for £150m

Will they get the message?
Probably not, in truth, and we expect them to come back in with maybe a 5th and even 6th bid for Coutinho. Selling him now though, whatever the price, would ruin our season, because we have no time to replace him properly.
£150m in our pockets doesn’t necessarily make us a stronger team.
