In our past two matches, against Burnley in the Premier League and Leicester in the League Cup, we’ve somehow emerged with one draw and a defeat.
This is despite dominating the games and creating enough chances to thrash our opponents on both occasions.
Two stats are circling the web which sum up how wasteful we are going forward, and how weak we are at the back.
Against Burnley and Leicester, we had 56 chances, but scored just one goal.

But on the other hand, we’ve conceded ten goals in the last 19 efforts we’ve faced – against Manchester City, Sevilla, Burnley and Leicester.
If we were scoring at a similar rate, we’d have notched around 22 goals against Burnley and Leicester!
That’s insane. And is currently costing us our season.
