Reds have taken to social media in their numbers to issue their verdict on Jurgen Klopp’s two years at Liverpool.
Whilst the majority have expressed the continued faith they have in the German, there have also been a number of fans critical of a supposed lack of progress.
The chances are, however, that there would be nowhere near as much negativity were supporters reflecting on Klopp’s tenure just before the start of the season.
A testing period for the club of late promises to have played a key role in sparking notable uncertainty amongst Reds, although there remains to be plenty who still believe Klopp is the man to take Liverpool forward- and rightly so.
The ongoing debate over the defence aside, the former Borussia Dortmund boss has restored a sense of identity at Anfield.
He’s implemented a specific and, crucially, exhilarating brand of football, not to mention guiding this team to two cup finals and a top four finish.
It has always been a long term project and one in which setbacks were a certainty.
Here’s what Reds had to say…
Two years of Jürgen Klopp….From a club that was beginning to lose its identity, to invading Europe, back in finals & the Champions League.

Two years of Klopp, anyone who says he hasn’t taken us forward needs their head checking. However, he still has plenty to improve upon.

If you’re of the opinion that we’ve made no progress under Klopp you can’t blame me for assuming you know nothing about football.

2 years since we got Klopp on board.
Best thing to have happened to the club in a while. Still love him to bits. #LFC

Hiring Klopp was a major coup for FSG thanks to the Liverpool heritage & fans. Klopp is dragging the club forward but he cannot do it alone

People don’t understand how vital this is. Sure as fans we want our teams to win things and be successful but being entertained as a supporter is IMO of paramount importance. And certainly another reason we should be grateful for Jurgen Klopp. #LFC https://t.co/ZYbRAPvken
