With Liverpool’s abundance of attacking talent, Dejan Lovren proved to be a shock goalscorer in Sunday’s clash against Bournemouth.
The Croatian was at hand to put the Reds 2-0 up in the 26th minute, meeting Roberto Firmino’s clever byline pull back to head home from close range.
Lovren’s goal came just six minutes after Philippe Coutinho had put Jurgen Klopp’s men into the lead with a stunning solo goal.
The Reds had dominated the early stages of the first half, with the likes of Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Coutinho unsurprisingly causing the hosts problems on the counterattack.
