Rb Leipzig winger Yussuf Poulsen last night claimed on Danish TV that Naby Keita is vastly superior to Christian Eriksen!
The 23-year-old plays with the Guinean midfielder, who’s joining Liverpool at the end of the season, in Germany, but lines up alongside Tottenham’s playmaker for the Danish national team.
“Keita is better than Eriksen,” he said, confirmed on Reddit. “Liverpool fans should look forward to the summer, because Naby is coming to take over!”
Normally when a player is asked to compare two team-mates he fires a blank, boring answer in return, but we admire Poulsen’s stance.

It’s especially nice to hear considering how phenomenal Eriksen has been for Denmark over the past year… He scored nine goals for the national team in 2017, confirming his country’s spot at the World Cup this summer almost singlehandedly.
Keita though has arguably been the best midfielder in the Bundesliga since the beginning of last season and our performance last night showed how badly we could do with him at Liverpool already.
His drive, ability to win the ball back and decisive final ball will significantly boost us.
It’s just a shame we haven’t paid the money to secure him sooner.
