Just as it looked as if we may have had to settle for a share of the spoils, the 20-year-old stepped up at Prenton Park with this superb run and finish to seal the win and ensure we remain four points clear of Leicester City.

Jon Flanagan, Danny Ward and Ben Woodburn all started for Neil Critchley’s side, but we had to wait until the 87th minute to eventually find a breakthrough, but it was worth the wait.
As seen in the video below, Ejaria picked the ball up on the left flank before going on a mazy run into the box and importantly, he kept his composure to fire his effort into the back of the net.
Our young guns are next in action against Tottenham on February 5, and hopefully it will be more of the same from Ejaria along with his teammates to keep us top of the pile as they all look to continue to make progress and knock on the door for a place in the senior squad.
