Liverpool have secured Curtis Jones on his first professional deal, with the teenager penning terms today on his 17th birthday.
The midfielder will stay at Liverpool and develop under Steven Gerrard until 2020, now.

“This team is built around him,” Gerrard said recently.
“He’s a top talent. He’s got that quality to create something out of nothing.”
This season, Jones has scored 15 goals for the under-18s – exceptional for a player who also contributes defensively.
We reckon next term we might see Jones deployed for Neil Critchley’s U23s, instead.
Right now, he’s up there with Ben Woodburn and Rhian Brewster as our most talented youth prospects, certainly.
