A gloriously humble Mohamed Salah made an incredible gesture to his opposition goalkeeper after leading Liverpool to a 5-0 win over Watford at Anfield on Saturday.
The Egyptian scored a majestic first hat-trick for the Reds as well as notching a fourth, before apologising to a defeated Orestis Karnezis after the game.
Flaunting match ball in hand with Anfield serenading him, the forward can be seen saying sorry to the man he had resigned to a demoralising evening on Merseyside.

Miguel Britos’ grimacing facial expressions throughout typified the torment Watford had been subject to at the hands of Salah.
The summer-signing compensated for two games without a goal in emphatic fashion, grabbing his first after just four minutes with a sublime solo effort.
He doubled his and Liverpool’s lead shortly before half-time after meeting Andrew Robertson’s exquisite cross at the back post.

With Harry Kane expected to be sidelined for up to a month with injury, Salah could begin to runaway from the pack in the race for the Golden Boot.
Saturday likely won’t be the last time a goalkeeper will be receiving an apology from the 25-year-old.
