Proof Kevin de Bruyne is absolute class act

It’s easy to hate opposition players, especially when they perform to a very high level for your rivals.

But at EOTK, we’ve got nothing but respect for Kevin de Bruyne, Manchester City’s exceptional playmaker who’ll be pulling their strings this evening at Anfield.

The Belgian has orchestrated City’s waltz to the Premier League title this season with a bucketload of assists. Stopping him play will be key to our chances of success tonight.

Ahead of the tie, the 26-year-old’s voting card for the Premier League Player of the Year Award has gone viral.

De Bruyne has selected Liverpool’s Mo Salah, his only real rival for the gong, which says a huge amount about firstly how brilliant our Egyptian winger is and secondly what kind of a man De Bruyne is.

Fair play.

We hope he pays us similar respect tonight!

Despite De Bruyne’s undeniable brilliance, it’s impossible to look past Salah.

He’s scored 28 times in the league, in 20 different matches, and looks set to break the 38-game Premier League scoring record, from the right-wing, having only notched one penalty.

Incredible.
