Not again… Salah tries to be nice to Laporte, but it’s ‘savage’…

Mo Salah should be told that apologising to opponents all the time having just destroyed them is a little demeaning!

The brilliant Egyptian said sorry to Watford’s poor keeper Orestis Karnezis having stuck four past him back in March, as you can see in the clip below.

But on Wednesday night, he did it again – but this time to Aymeric Laporte – the defender who couldn’t get anywhere near him during Liverpool’s 3-0 Champions League win at Anfield.

An eagle-eyed fan shared the clip and lots of fans spotted it, too.

Laporte cost City £57m in January [BBC Sport], but was regularly embarrassed by our superstar winger.

We just hope Mo is fit for the return leg, after he limped down the tunnel after 53 minutes due to a problem with his groin.

He was smiling at the end of the game though, so hopefully he’ll miss the Merseyside Derby on Saturday and return at the Etihad.
