(Image) Liverpool’s 2018/2019 kit supposedly leaked on social media

Leaking new kits on social media seemingly remains on the rise as an underwhelming understudy to transfer news being revealed prematurely.

Liverpool’s home strip for the 2018/2019 season has allegedly been inadvertently released in advance, with Mohamed Salah, Virgil van Dijk and Roberto Firmino seen modelling the new attire.

Though the Reds’ kit is yet to be officially confirmed, the picture serves as fairly believable evidence.

Whilst the colour matches the retro red of the current kit, it does variate slightly with a new button collar – talk about easy money-making.

It may be tradition to introduce a new kit every season, but most would undoubtedly be happy to keep what has been one of the more popular designs in recent year – not to mention one in which the Reds have played superbly in.

The new shirt is usually announced shortly before the end of the campaign, with the current kit being worn in the last season’s Premier League finale against Middlesbrough.

Cue queues of Reds waiting to have a certain Mohamed Salah printed on their backs.
