While Liverpool’s lineup for tonight’s game is pretty much set, Real Madrid’s team is still a total mystery.
Rumours are flying back and forth across Spain, with many people now expecting the fearsome “BBC” to start.

That means dropping a midfielder however, and while it’s natural to assume that Isco would be the man to miss out, Spanish journalist Pipi Estrada had a more outlandish suggestion on late night football chat show El Chiringuito last night.

He claims that it’s defensive midfielder Casemiro who will miss out, with Isco AND the BBC both playing. Estrada is known for outlandish claims, and his “sources” are pretty dubious, but he seemed convinced.
That would be an incredibly bold move, and it still seems unlikely, but if anyone if likely to drop their most defensive minded midfield player for a Champions League final it’s Real Madrid and Zinedine Zidane.
Either way, it’s just a few short hours till we find out.
