Fabinho impressed this evening against Tranmere in Liverpool’s second pre-season friendly of the summer.
The Brazilian played the first-half and left the field with his new side 3-0 up.

Playing in holding midfield, Fabinho used the ball cleverly, won all of his physical battles and looked like he’d been playing the position for many years.
Liverpool fans were mightily impressed with the 24-year-old, who has more visible than Naby Keita, his new team-mate who also arrived this summer.
It’s so nice to have a massively improved Jordan Henderson and this lad as options for the same position – although you could theoretically deploy them together as well.

-Lallana great buildup play and lacking final ball on several occasions
