Iker Casillas, take a bow.
The legendary goalkeeper has done something pretty much unprecedented in support of Liverpool’s under-fire goalkeeper Loris Karius – who’s quite clearly in a very bad place emotionally right now.
Today, the Spaniard took to Twitter with a compilation of his OWN mistakes – claiming that everybody makes them and we should get behind Karius.

Our German stopper made two calamitous errors in the Champions League Final and has been abysmal this pre-season, clearly still struggling mentally from what happened in Kiev – despite the fact his mistakes were largely down to a concussion he suffered.
Following his latest error v Borussia Dortmund and some of the criticism which came his way, the 25-year-old took to Instagram with a post that proves how unstable he is right now.
We feel a huge amount of sympathy for him on a humane level and implore Jurgen Klopp to stop picking him in these friendlies.
He needs time away from the spotlight to rebuild his career as quite frankly, he’s showing signs of depression.
The Liverpool family needs to help him get through it, whether that’s with us or away from us.
