Sadio Mane scored a clinical penalty to help Liverpool beat Manchester City 2-1 last night.
It was meant to be the hardest friendly of the summer, although Pep Guardiola picked an almost unrecognisable side, but goals from Mo Salah and Mane helped us click a deserved victory.

Salah was on the pitch at the time, which perhaps hints he’ll be taking spot-kicks instead of the Egyptian this season.
Roberto Firmino will be off duty having missed two, while James Milner will not be on the pitch all the time following the arrival of Naby Keita and Fabinho.
The latter has a shout as well, but the Brazilian had been subbed by the time the penalty was awarded.
Providing we get more than last season, we don’t really care!
