It reminds us of the outtake clips from sitcoms where two actors simply can’t get through a scene without cracking up.

Virgil van Dijk and Joe Gomez, Liverpool’s new central defensive pairing, were asked to do a staredown for a Sky promo, but found it far too difficult to get through.
It looks like it’s mainly the Dutchman’s fault, in fairness, but once Virgil goes, Gomez does too!

Van Dijk and Gomez will continue at the back against Leicester on Saturday, but Dejan Lovren will be back after the international break and will hope to earn a spot in the side.
With the fixtures we have to play, not only in the Premier League, but the Champions League and EFL Cup, all three will be needed, as will Joel Matip.
Hopefully we can enter that tricky period having beaten Leicester and made it four from four, as we’re going to drop points in September and October at some point.
