Harry Wilson doesn’t really do tap-ins, does he?
The Liverpool loanee was on the scoresheet again for Derby County on Wednesday as his temporary employers cruised to a 4-1 win over West Bromwich Albion.
Derby subsequently moved level on 24 points with fourth-placed West Brom and are now just two points behind the Championship’s top three.
Goals from Jack Marriott and Tom Lawrence handed the visitors a convincing lead heading into the interval, before Wilson and Scott Malone found the net in the second-half to leave Jay Rodriguez’s 83rd minute strike as something of a consolation for the hosts.
Wilson left his mark in the 51st minute, perfectly laying the ball out of his feet before firing a crisp strike beyond a helpless Sam Johnstone.
The 21-year-old had already been involved earlier on in the game, assisting club and international teammate Lawrence for Derby’s second.
His midweek contributions follow up his stunning free-kick for Wales during the international break and his strike against Manchester United in the League Cup in continuing his sparkling run of form.
Here’s a look at his latest moment of magic…
