Pundit: Reds can take the positives from Arsenal draw

Former Reds midfielder Danny Murphy has claimed that Jurgen Klopp can be happy with a point at Arsenal rather than frustrated at not being able to gather all three.

He told the Daily Mail“Liverpool can play better than they did at the Emirates but they still looked comfortable at the back and didn’t look like losing. It’s a real asset to be able to dig in when not at your best.

“Liverpool have made progress from last season. Particularly important in the context of a title race, Klopp’s players have shown they are able to defend well when the overall team performance isn’t outstanding.”

We’re still disappointed that two points were dropped in the title race, but Murphy does have a point – now certainly is not the time for a meltdown.
