Lovren would not have enjoyed seeing Ramos score from the spot to make it 2-2 on the night, but after his war of words with the Real Madrid man, he certainly would have relished beating Spain in the last seconds.

Lovren had previously called Ramos ‘overrated’ and will take great pleasure in being on the winning side against him. Both defenders played the full 90 minutes for their nations.
