HOW WAS THIS NOT A GOAL?!
We have to admit, we were all celebrating when this deflected effort headed towards Manchester City’s goal this evening, but somehow, it was cleared off the line.
In fact, it was only a matter of centre-metres – not inches.
In fairness, goal-line technology is there for a reason and in this instance, we suppose it’s done its job…
But it doesn’t make accepting it any easier!
