“I believe we had glimpses into the game. Some moments of insecurity,” Alisson told ESPN Brasil via Sport Witness.
“We started well, we started the match well. We started ahead. From the moment we started to miss some passes, some silly passes that we are not used to missing, I think the team lost a little confidence in the match, I think the opposing team also gained confidence.
“We have to be prepared to fight everything. All the adverse circumstances that come our way. I believe our team is on the right track. Now we do not have much room for hesitation. If we want to be champions, we have to win everything from now on.”
Liverpool need a win against the Cherries, who under Eddie Howe, usually refuse to park the bus – which in our current form – is a good thing.
We destroyed them 4-0 in the away game, with Mo Salah scoring a hat-trick – and it would be great to see the Egyptian back among the goals.
Only Sadio Mane has performed to an acceptable level in recent matches, with Roberto Firmino similarly needing to step it up.
Trent Alexander-Arnold will help Salah though, as without the Englishman bursting forward from right-back, often our no.11 has looked quite isolated when he drifts to his favoured flank.
