LFC trio first to achieve Premier League goalscoring feat this season

Liverpool are the first Premier League club this terms to have THREE players hit double figures in the goal scoring charts.

Mo Salah has been on fire since joining us and even won the Golden Boot last season – ahead of Harry Kane and Sergio Aguero.

But recently the attention has shifted to Sadio Mane; our Senegalese star has found the back of the net eight times in his last eight games.

His two against Burnley has taken Mane to two behind Sergio Aguero and just one behind teammate Salah. With only eight remaining fixtures – is it possible Mane will target the solo award?

It’s not just the wingers on fire though; Bobby Firmino also bagged twice in our 4-2 win over Burnley and he’s now up to ten for the season.

Our front three are purring yet again and it’s great to see.

Bobby had gone five games without scoring but – with that brace – our Brazilian is now up to eleven, the same as Son Heung-Min and Richarlison.

This feat was reached by the trio last season, too, but it can’t be overstated how important it is for a top flight team to have several players to rely on for goals.

Long may it continue!
