It’s been two years since former West Ham United player Ravel Morrison graced English football, but the midfielder has kept an eye on the Premier League.

Following Liverpool’s 5-0 thrashing of Huddersfield Town, the now Ostersund man expressed his delight at watching Sadio Mane do his thing this season.

Former Liverpool forward Adam Morgan was quick to respond to Morrison – he agreed and suggested the former Manchester United youth player wants the Reds to win the title.

Sadio is up for the PFA Players’ Player of the Year award, along with stalwart Virgil van Dijk, so Ravel may be on to something.

Mane bagged for the 19th and 20th time at Anfield on Friday night – he’s now just one behind team-mate Mo Salah as the duo rival each other for the Golden Boot award.

Our Senegalese star scored our second and fourth goals against Huddersfield as the Reds ran riot – both were headers which is even more impressive when you consider he’s 5’7″.

The forward has found the net 24 times this season in all competitions and totted up five assists. Interestingly enough, Sadio has the best goals per minute ratio in Champions League (knock-out stage) history.
