There were so many incredible moments at Anfield on Tuesday night as the Reds came from three down to reach the Champions League final for a second successive season.

From the Trent Alexander-Arnold corner kick instigated by a ballboy to an emotional rendition of You’ll Never Walk Alone after the final whistle, it was a night that anyone who were present or watching on TV will never forget.

One moment that was missed by many, though, was Jordan Henderson racing over to protect Andy Robertson when Lionel Messi confronted the Scot.

He might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but you can’t deny he’s an excellent leader on the pitch. Henderson was brilliant all game against a top-class opponent.

After Tuesday’s miracle, who knows what could happen this weekend. Hopefully, Henderson can get his hands on one trophy on Sunday, before the attention switches to the Champions League final in Madrid.

It’s already been an incredible campaign – and it could be about to get so much better.
