A female pitch invader generated a bit of attention when she entered the field at the Wanda Metropolitano Stadium and ran by a few players.
She’s since been identified as model Kinsey Wolanski in what was a (successful) plug for her boyfriend’s business, and she’s claimed she distracted Spurs’ Harry Winks and she ran by.
Play had to be temporarily stopped in Madrid as the scantily clad model vaulted the advertising boards and made her way across the pitch.
Wolanski was arrested but released shortly after. Nobody was hurt, of course, but questions need to be asked of the security staff working that night.
The model took to social media after the game to explain why she did what she did, and to leave a little love note for midfielder Winks.
“Life is for living, do crazy things that you will remember forever,” she said in another post on her Instagram profile – thinly veiling the real reason she invaded the pitch.
In the end – the only thing that really matters is that nobody was hurt, and we mostly got a chuckle out of the situation.
