After tasting victory with Brazil at the Copa América, Roberto Firmino’s stellar performances for the hosts has got the Reds fans’ tongues wagging.
Two goals and three assists for A Seleção made Bobby his side’s highest-ranked player for goal involvements at the tournament. That, together with the relentless harrying and tireless work rate we’ve come to know and love at Liverpool, made him one of trophy-winning Brazil’s best performers.

On Twitter, Reds fans lauded his qualities for Tite’s team and acknowledged the fact that, in the space of five weeks, Bobby has now added his first pieces of silverware to his CV.

Having won the Champions League with four goals and an assist on the way to Madrid, plus a further 12 goals and seven assists in the Premier League as the Reds achieved a remarkable 97-point top-flight finish, Bobby has been showered in praise for what he’s done for the club this season.
