20-year-old LFC ace set for exit as three clubs circle

Liverpool will send Herbie Kane out on loan again this season, following his spell at Doncaster last year.

The 20-year-old midfielder made over 40 appearances in League One and according to Neil Jones in Goal, is interesting Brentford, Charlton and Hull.

The latter club is managed by Grant McCann, who was at Doncaster last term, so we wouldn’t be surprised to see him head to the KC Stadium.

Kane has never played for Liverpool’s first-team, and considering his age, he’ll need to enjoy a quite phenomenal loan season in order to make it eventually happen.

But the likes of Ryan Kent and Harry Wilson did well away from Liverpool last season and are now playing a big role in our summer friendlies – so Kane has an opportunity.

Let’s just hope he grabs it with both hands and gives Liverpool’s management something to think about. If not, perhaps he can increase his value and the club can make a tidy profit on the man we took from Bristol City in 2013.
