The Reds have announced the 28-man travelling squad who will fly out to the United States on Tuesday morning for our three pre-season fixtures this July.

Up first, Jürgen Klopp will take the team to Indiana for a friendly tie against Borussia Dortmund at Notre Dame Stadium on Friday.

Then it’s on to Boston where they meet Sevilla at the Boston Red Sox’s Fenway Park, followed by the last fixture against Sporting CP at New York’s Yankee Stadium.

Alisson, Roberto Firmino, Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mané, plus Xherdan Shaqiri and Naby Keïta are all notable absentees due to international competitions, and injuries for the latter two.

Milner, Fabinho, Wijnaldum, Henderson, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Lallana, Kent, Wilson, Jones, Woodburn.
