Some Liverpool fans are desperate for the Reds to bring in a new name before the start of the Premier League season.
And some supporters are so desperate that they are looking for things that may not actually be there!
It’s a little sad that some of us have been reduced to trying to look for potential signings in videos the club shares on social media, but that’s what has happened.
In LFC’s latest video, to announce the return of Sadio Mane, there was a man sitting on a couch in the background of one of the shots.
Some fans are suggesting that it may be Besiktas midfielder Dorukhan Tokoz. And while the fella in the clip does have a striking resemblance to the man, I wouldn’t look into it any further.

From a purely professional standpoint, you’d have to expect that the team at LFC TV would be a bit more careful than to accidentally include another club’s player in the background of shot.
That being said, the Reds have been linked with a move for the Turkish midfielder, as per Firat Gunayer, but the Besiktas man is said to be happy where he is.

To be fair to Twitter user @Liverpool_zy, it does seem like they were genuinely sharing the screenshot as nothing more than just a tongue-in-cheek reaction.
